Savory Sauce
Ingredients

1/2 cup Chopped Chives

1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic

1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

1 cup Mayonaise
-
2 tablespoons Salty Iguana
-
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

Pulse the chives, garlic, and white wine vinegar in a blender until a smooth sauce forms.

Pour it into a medium bowl and add the mayo and Salty Iguana.

Stir to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Note: Burger shows grilled green chilies for the ultimate Southwestern Burger.
