Savory Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Chives

  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic

  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

  • 1 cup Mayonaise

  • 2 tablespoons Salty Iguana

  • Salt and Pepper to taste​

  1. Pulse the chives, garlic, and white wine vinegar in a blender until a smooth sauce forms.

  2. Pour it into a medium bowl and add the mayo and Salty Iguana.

  3. Stir to combine, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Note: Burger shows grilled green chilies for the ultimate Southwestern Burger.
