Shrimp Ceviche

Prep Time: 20 minutes Chill Time: 30 minutes

  • 3/4 Cup Salty Iguana Green Bloody Mary Mix (Original or Habanero Flavor)

  • 1-1.5lbs of shrimp

  • 1/2 White Onion

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 Bushel Cilantro 

  • Juice from 1 Large Lime

  • 1 Serrano Chile 

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes 

  • Pinch of salt


After cooking shrimp, shred into a large bowl. Add diced onion, tomato, cilantro, avocado, lime juice and Salty Iguana Green Bloody Mary Mix. Next, add the minced serrano chiles and salt the dish to your liking. Cover and chill in the fridge then serve with chips. 


Optional: Use more serrano chile peppers and our Habanero Flavor Mix if you desire a spicier ceviche.
