3 oz Vodka
5 oz Salty Iguana Bloody Mary Mix
6 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 t. Paprika
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper
1 T. Olive Oil
If frozen, thaw the shrimp. Wash shrimp in the sink under cold water for about 5 minutes. Damp shrimp with a paper towl and begin heating olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add the shrimp to the hot pan (shrimp should sizzle on contact). Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.Depending on how big the shrimp are and how many you have they should take 4 to 5 minutes to cook and will be pinkish when done.
Rim 6 shot glasses with water or lime and dip them into a dry rub.
Next mix Salty Iguana and vodka together into larger glass or pitcher. Pour out mixture into shot glasses and garnish with shrimp and lime wedge!
